Adam Pearce

Winemaker, Two Sisters Vineyards

After graduating from the Winery and Viticulture program at Niagara College, Adam developed his art at leading wineries along the Niagara Escarpment before working in British Columbia and Australia. Returning home, he took charge of the cellars at Two Sisters Vineyards, specializing in ultra-premium, complex estate red Bordeaux varieties from the warm Niagara River sub-appellation or elegant white wines sourced from leading vineyards in the cooler, mineral-rich Niagara Escarpment benchlands.  Taking a non-interventionist approach, he is dedicated to drawing on the unique soil composition and terroir on the estate. In 2018 Adam’s winemaking efforts were rewarded at Canada’s most prestigious wine competition, The National Wine Awards of Canada, hosted by WineAlign. Two Sisters Vineyards 2014 Cabernet Franc was awarded a platinum medal and as a result of the total six medals received, Two Sisters Vineyards was awarded ‘Best Performing Small Winery of the Year in Canada’.
