Born and bred amongst the pastry shops of Europe, Sophie Mendes van Delft started travelling the world at the age of 1. She dedicates her life and career to all things culinary and is known for her massive collection of cookbooks gathered during her many trips around the globe. Sophie has participated in launching several not-for-profits such as Les Dames d’Escoffier – Ontario Chapter and Canadian Women in Food – French Speaking Chapter. She enjoys her occasional apearance as a culinary judge, a speaker and a writer.
